1. Read the first two issues of The Umbrella Academy last night. Bittersweet, surreal, inventive stuff; the fact that the first issue involves the line “ZOMBIE-ROBOT GUTAVE EIFFEL!” is just, you know, icing.
2. The kickass Swedish pop band Blind Terry, who I mentioned in these parts last year, have an EP due out next month on Miami’s Cloudberry Records.
