Olamendi’s Coffee is damn tasty stuff. I’ve been drinking their Cafe de la Olla for the last week or so, and it is delicious.
Specifically: moving one’s office (i.e. desk, music shelving, and computer) from one’s bedroom into a separate room takes a lot longer than one might expect. Hence: late.
#114: I cannot sleep worth a damn on Sunday nights.
So I cut myself a fresh piece of the first loaf of bread I’ve ever cooked by my lonesome…
…and I can say with some certainty that the second will be better. Strange thing, this “yeast”. Strange and unpredictable, yet powerful.
